Tally is the verified participation layer for live music and events: it records who was invited, who actually arrived, what evidence confirmed it, and who brought them. Venues and sponsors start here, because setup has to fit the door and the campaign before anything runs.
What to put in the note
A first note with these four things in it gets a useful answer instead of a round of questions.
- The role you are writing as: artist, manager, promoter, venue, sponsor, or fan.
- The market and the rooms or shows in scope, if this is about running events.
- What you are trying to establish, such as proof of draw, attributed pull, a morning-after report, or campaign attribution.
- How the door already works for you, since Tally has to fit alongside your existing ticketing and entry process.

Everything except the organization and market is required. Nothing here is added to a mailing list.
